Beyond Practice: A Day of Sound and Silence On Sunday 5th August 2012 - 10am til 3pm Beyond Practice days are intuitively led and filled with contrast and sensory experiences! Sunday August 5th we will be utilising sound for self-expression, to raise our vibration and as a contrast to go deeper in silence. Join us for a unique day of fun and laughter, exploration and opening to new energy. You will not be asked to accept any particular spiritual philosophy but encouraged to develop your own. The day runs from 10am til 3pm and costs 30. You will need to bring a sharing lunch (vegetarian please) and something which makes a sound; your voice plus a musical instrument, singing bowl, bells - whatever you wish!
